About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide product information and quotes to customers via telephone, fax, and email
  • Enter sales orders and onboard new customers into the ERP system
  • Interface with Sales and Manufacturing Operations to coordinate production and delivery schedules
  • Create and maintain detailed customer files, including quotations, invoices, and documentation
  • Coordinate product returns and track repair quotations for out-of-warranty items
  • Support Business Development Managers with open order reports and sales issue resolution
  • Assist Finance with collections on Cash in Advance accounts and Letters of Credit
  • Manage tactical requirements for export and import compliance, including obtaining necessary licenses and certificates
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with company record retention policies and ISO 9000 standards

Requirements

  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little to no supervision
  • Strong communication skills for fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicting priorities to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Two years of customer support, inside sales, or contract administration experience preferred
  • Manufacturing experience and ERP software experience preferred
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and terms preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills and Salesforce experience preferred
  • Must be able to work with information subject to ITAR regulations

Benefits

  • Salary range: $56,000 - $70,000
  • Generous 144 hours of accrued PTO starting on day one
