Responsibilities
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing customers
- Handle quoting, order entry, and incoming customer inquiries
- Provide customer support and timely problem resolution
- Process customer returns and manage inventory stock levels
- Perform occasional delivery scheduling
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of office work areas
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience in a professional customer service environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks accurately and move effectively between different duties
Preferred Qualifications
- General knowledge of distribution processes
- Prior experience in a building materials environment
