Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Handle quoting, order entry, and customer inquiries
- Provide customer support and timely problem resolution
- Process customer returns and credits
- Manage inventory stock levels and occasional delivery scheduling
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of office work areas
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2-5 years of experience in a professional customer service environment
- Experience with Distribution & Supply Chain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
