Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Handle quoting, order entry, and customer inquiries
  • Provide customer support and timely problem resolution
  • Process customer returns and credits
  • Manage inventory stock levels and occasional delivery scheduling
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of office work areas

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2-5 years of experience in a professional customer service environment
  • Experience with Distribution & Supply Chain
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
