Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders by processing purchase orders, handling changes or cancellations, and resolving order blocks within 24 hours.
• Respond to customer requests regarding order expedites, stock availability, delivery updates, returns, and credit/debit adjustments.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and regular order status reviews.
• Support the sales team by managing RFQs, quote renewals, and maintaining accurate pricing information.
• Coordinate the distribution of product change notifications (PCNs) to customers.
• Improve operational efficiency by recommending process improvements and maintaining accurate customer data.
• Communicate quality-related requirements to relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer service environment.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, German, or French.
• Working knowledge of quality standards (ISO/QS/TS).
