About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate telephone referrals and verify eligibility criteria and funding for home oxygen therapy and healthcare services
  • Process client orders and inquiries via telephone and walk-in visits
  • Manage showroom sales and address customer inquiries regarding products and services
  • Maintain accurate customer information, account setups, and pricing data
  • Support Territory Managers by balancing customer service duties with inside sales activities to help achieve sales budgets
  • Collect payments, perform daily cash reconciliation, and prepare bank deposits
  • Track customer orders in JDE to ensure successful delivery and billing

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with new and existing customers
  • Commitment to safety in the workplace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales
