Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders using the material requirements planning (MRP) database system
• Provide customers with pricing, product availability, order status, and general product information
• Assist in resolving customer order issues and inquiries
• Ensure adherence to department procedures and customer purchase order requirements
• Maintain compliance with export and accounting procedures
• File and manage invoices, purchase orders, export documents, and related records

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience
• Experience working with material requirements planning systems (e.g., Oracle)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
