Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the cash register system promptly, courteously, and responsibly
• Provide an engaging and positive customer experience
• Solicit donations for partner charities through the Spirit of Sustainability Campaign
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
• Receive products, replenish shelves, and ensure products are faced up
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including cleaning spills and broken bottles
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights up to 40 lbs repeatedly while standing for long periods

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg) repeatedly
• Availability to work Friday evenings (5:00 PM – Close) and full shifts on Saturdays and Sundays
• Availability to work long weekends, including Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, and Labour Day
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check at your own expense

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingualism in English and French is considered a bonus
