Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the cash register system promptly and courteously
• Provide an engaging customer experience and share product knowledge regarding wine, beer, ciders, and spirits
• Request donations for partner charities through the Spirit of Sustainability Campaign
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
• Receive products, replenish shelves, and ensure products are properly faced
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including cleaning spills and broken bottles
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs) repeatedly while standing for long periods

Requirements

• Legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit)
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs/18 kg repeatedly
• Availability to work Friday evenings (5:00 PM – Close) and full availability on Saturdays and Sundays
• Availability to work long weekends (Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, and Labour Day)
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check at your own expense

• Bilingualism in English and French
