About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Process and manage customer orders, invoices, returns, and refunds
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within company systems
  • Assist with general office responsibilities including filing, data entry, and reconciliations
  • Prepare reports and administrative documentation as required
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office operations and service strategies

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests and documenting issues in detail
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 40 lbs (18 kgs)
