About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Process and manage customer orders, invoices, returns, and refunds
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within company systems
- Assist with general office responsibilities including filing, data entry, and reconciliations
- Prepare reports and administrative documentation as required
- Collaborate with team members to improve office operations and service strategies
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests and documenting issues in detail
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 40 lbs (18 kgs)
