Customer Service Representative - Land Transport/Freight Forwarding

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and record customer inquiries and complaints regarding land transport
• Provide proactive customer service and maintain regular communication with customers and partners regarding shipment status
• Handle unloading discrepancies and delivery obstacles
• Manage the operational processing and monitoring of shipments within the national land transport network
• Maintain shipment status updates and monitor express and guaranteed products
• Create reports and evaluations regarding shipment statuses

Requirements

• Completed training as a Speditionskaufmann/-frau (Freight Forwarding Agent) or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in customer service via telephone and written communication
• Professional experience in the groupage/Sammelgut sector
• Fluency in both German and English is mandatory
• Proactive mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills
