About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up on agreements with customers
  • Maintain daily contact with customers regarding ongoing investigations
  • Process agreements in internal systems
  • Answer questions via telephone and email
  • Prepare quotes
  • Handle complaints independently or in consultation with colleagues

Requirements

  • MBO or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in laboratory technology, food technology, or similar
  • Practical knowledge of chemistry (microbiological knowledge is a plus)
  • Experience in the food industry or a similar quality/laboratory environment
  • Experience with administrative processes and systems such as LIMS, CRM, or ERP
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language (written and spoken)
  • Customer-oriented and accurate working style
