About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on agreements with customers
- Maintain daily contact with customers regarding ongoing investigations
- Process agreements in internal systems
- Answer questions via telephone and email
- Prepare quotes
- Handle complaints independently or in consultation with colleagues
Requirements
- MBO or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in laboratory technology, food technology, or similar
- Practical knowledge of chemistry (microbiological knowledge is a plus)
- Experience in the food industry or a similar quality/laboratory environment
- Experience with administrative processes and systems such as LIMS, CRM, or ERP
- Excellent command of the Dutch language (written and spoken)
- Customer-oriented and accurate working style
