About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface between customers, sales teams, production facilities, and external partners
  • Manage the full order lifecycle, including entry, registration, order acknowledgements, and invoicing
  • Handle technical and administrative inquiries via phone and email to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate logistics by monitoring manufacturing schedules, organizing transportation, and preparing export documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers and production to manage delivery timelines and resolve claims or non-conformities
  • Support sales administration through turnover monitoring, reporting, and proper documentation archiving

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or project administration
  • Proven experience working within an industrial, technical, or international environment
  • Proficiency in French or Dutch is required
  • Professional command of English
  • Hands-on experience with SAP
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of German is considered a significant asset
  • Experience in a role involving complex logistics or export documentation
