Responsibilities
- Pre-select candidates to enrich the nanny talent pool
- Match nannies with childcare missions
- Support families and nannies throughout the duration of the care
- Build loyalty with both families and nannies
- Perform sales and customer relationship tasks primarily via telephone
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree
- Strong telephone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable with IT tools
- Ability to work in a sedentary sales role
- Desire for interactive and warm professional exchanges
