Responsibilities

  • Pre-select candidates to enrich the nanny talent pool
  • Match nannies with childcare missions
  • Support families and nannies throughout the duration of the care
  • Build loyalty with both families and nannies
  • Perform sales and customer relationship tasks primarily via telephone

Requirements

  • Bac +2 degree
  • Strong telephone presence and communication skills
  • Comfortable with IT tools
  • Ability to work in a sedentary sales role
  • Desire for interactive and warm professional exchanges
