- Manage nanny applications and conduct telephone interviews
- Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews in English
- Manage and support nannies in their roles
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French
- Bac +2 degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong telephone presence and communication skills
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Dynamic, smiling, and good listening skills
