Responsibilities
- Pre-select candidates via telephone
- Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
- Assign childcare assignments
- Support nannies throughout the duration of their service
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified nannies
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree
- Experience in recruitment (ideal)
- Experience working with children (e.g., childcare animation, nursery work, or parenting)
- Strong telephone skills and commercial drive
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
