Responsibilities

  • Pre-select candidates via telephone
  • Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
  • Assign childcare assignments
  • Support nannies throughout the duration of their service
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified nannies

Requirements

  • Bac +2 degree
  • Experience in recruitment (ideal)
  • Experience working with children (e.g., childcare animation, nursery work, or parenting)
  • Strong telephone skills and commercial drive
  • Proficiency with IT tools
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
