Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
• Provide professional, positive, and competent service by finding independent solutions for customer questions regarding orders, complaints, and products
• Work within a goal-oriented, fast-paced team environment
• Adapt flexibly to various customer service situations and challenges

Requirements

• Empathy and a genuine desire to listen to and help customers
• A professional and understanding demeanor when communicating and problem-solving
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Basic English proficiency
• Computer literacy and fast, accurate typing skills
