About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Create, update, and dispatch work orders using dispatch software
- Schedule and adjust technician assignments based on skill set and availability
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates
- Coordinate with customers regarding schedule changes and project updates
- Manage technicians, schedules, and daily workflow
- Perform general administrative duties including preparing meeting agendas and maintaining client files
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or dispatching
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business or a related field
- Bilingual skills
