About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Create, update, and dispatch work orders using dispatch software
  • Schedule and adjust technician assignments based on skill set and availability
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates
  • Coordinate with customers regarding schedule changes and project updates
  • Manage technicians, schedules, and daily workflow
  • Perform general administrative duties including preparing meeting agendas and maintaining client files

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or dispatching
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in business or a related field
