About the role
Responsibilities
- Schedule delivery appointments for brown and white goods for private clients in Île-de-France
- Manage appointments via telephone and email while considering client availability and delivery constraints
- Coordinate with delivery team schedules and capacities
- Update client information and appointments in management and planning tools
- Respond to client inquiries regarding delivery modalities and dates
- Monitor appointments and perform necessary modifications or rescheduling
- Communicate with internal planners and external stakeholders regarding delays or delivery issues
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a transport or logistics assistant
- Knowledge of standard semi-trailer dimensions and French delivery timelines
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and TMS
- Professional English skills (written) for transport contexts
- BAC+2 in Transport and Logistics preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
