About the role

Responsibilities

  • Schedule delivery appointments for brown and white goods for private clients in Île-de-France
  • Manage appointments via telephone and email while considering client availability and delivery constraints
  • Coordinate with delivery team schedules and capacities
  • Update client information and appointments in management and planning tools
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding delivery modalities and dates
  • Monitor appointments and perform necessary modifications or rescheduling
  • Communicate with internal planners and external stakeholders regarding delays or delivery issues

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a transport or logistics assistant
  • Knowledge of standard semi-trailer dimensions and French delivery timelines
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and TMS
  • Professional English skills (written) for transport contexts
  • BAC+2 in Transport and Logistics preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
