About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality contact centre services for clients and employees via phone, email, web, and mobile portals
  • Act as the first point of contact for building maintenance works and coordinate contractor and supplier services
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, tradespeople, and internal staff
  • Ensure all service calls are completed within contract KPI targets and SLAs
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a Contact or Call Centre environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Microsoft Outlook skills
  • Ability to manage multiple phone calls simultaneously in a high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Australian Citizenship is required
  • A current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months) is required
  • Willingness to undertake two weeks of training at the Macquarie Park office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Defence or military experience
