About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, verify, and process electronic parking infractions efficiently
  • Validate parking session details including timestamps and vehicle photo streams
  • Perform data entry and navigate multiple databases simultaneously
  • Identify and report technical software errors and camera issues remotely
  • Assist with IT equipment management and material shipments
  • Complete special projects as requested by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • Proven experience in customer service in a multitasking environment
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a professional demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and software
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 22 kg

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Webex Contact Center (WXCC)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/ITSM tools
  • Knowledge of parking management software
  • 1 year of customer service experience
