About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products, and services
  • Document customer interactions and transactions
  • Accurately process quotes and orders via phone, fax, and email
  • Perform data entry for production orders
  • Communicate with customers regarding expected delivery dates and times

Requirements

  • 1+ years of prior customer service experience
