About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products, and services
- Document customer interactions and transactions
- Accurately process quotes and orders via phone, fax, and email
- Perform data entry for production orders
- Communicate with customers regarding expected delivery dates and times
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior customer service experience
- Computer proficiency and accuracy in numeric input
- Strong organizational and listening skills
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under deadlines
- Ability to work overtime when required
