About the role
Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear, accurate information
- Documenting customer interactions and updating account details in our systems
- Resolving customer concerns and escalating complex issues when appropriate
- Following up to ensure issues are fully resolved and customer expectations are met
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide effective support
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of contact center experience or 2 years of general customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong listening skills and ability to empathize
- Proficient computer skills including CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software applications
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate situations
