About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from customers for supply orders and general customer support
- Maintain accurate patient records and verify account information
- Manage patient reorder compliance cases and coordinate customer returns
- Achieve and maintain department KPIs and call center expectations
- Communicate prescription revision requests to clinic support teams
- Contact referrals to complete new patient welcome calls
- Follow all regulatory policies, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA requirements
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills with proficiency navigating multiple websites and platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of Apple and Android devices
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience working in a call center environment
- Associate degree or equivalent work history
- Spanish speaking skills
- Experience with data processing
- Typing capability of 40 wpm or higher
