About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from customers for supply orders and general customer support
  • Maintain accurate patient records and verify account information
  • Manage patient reorder compliance cases and coordinate customer returns
  • Achieve and maintain department KPIs and call center expectations
  • Communicate prescription revision requests to clinic support teams
  • Contact referrals to complete new patient welcome calls
  • Follow all regulatory policies, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA requirements

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency navigating multiple websites and platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge of Apple and Android devices
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a call center environment
  • Associate degree or equivalent work history
  • Spanish speaking skills
  • Experience with data processing
  • Typing capability of 40 wpm or higher
