Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Receive and orient customers to Tonttula services at the information desk
• Manage bookings for accommodation, restaurants, and program services
• Recommend activities and experiences to guests
• Handle multi-channel communication via email, phone, and in-person
• Perform cashier duties and sell products and services
• Provide information on local events and distribute marketing materials
• Ensure the cleanliness, comfort, and safety of the facilities

Requirements

• Friendly and solution-oriented customer service attitude
• Proficiency in Finnish and English
• Quick learning ability and basic IT skills
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or tourism is an advantage
