About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and orient customers to Tonttula services at the information desk
- Manage bookings for accommodation, restaurants, and program services
- Recommend activities and experiences to guests
- Handle multi-channel communication via email, phone, and in-person
- Perform cashier duties and sell products and services
- Provide information on local events and distribute marketing materials
- Ensure the cleanliness, comfort, and safety of the facilities
Requirements
- Friendly and solution-oriented customer service attitude
- Proficiency in Finnish and English
- Quick learning ability and basic IT skills
- Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or tourism is an advantage
