Responsibilities

  • Answer and assist incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with purchases and facilitate returns or exchanges
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products to answer customer questions
  • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments
  • Record customer information within the customer service database
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to concerns

Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • 2+ years of work experience in a call center or CSR office position
  • Experience assisting customers via email, chat, and phone
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well with other departments
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Willingness to work shifts between 5a-8p MST
  • Ability to adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
