About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer and assist incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with purchases and facilitate returns or exchanges
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products to answer customer questions
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments
- Record customer information within the customer service database
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to concerns
Requirements
- High School Graduate
- 2+ years of work experience in a call center or CSR office position
- Experience assisting customers via email, chat, and phone
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well with other departments
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work shifts between 5a-8p MST
- Ability to adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
