About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support patients through phone, email, and text communication
  • Review prescription orders and provide clear, accurate information on status, coverage, and next steps
  • Proactively contact patients to resolve issues that may delay or prevent order fulfillment
  • Partner with pharmacies, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure prescriptions are processed successfully
  • Guide patients through the platform and help them get the most from available services
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools to research issues and identify solutions
  • Handle difficult conversations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and tools
  • Able to work on-site in Guadalajara
