About the role
Responsibilities
- Support patients through phone, email, and text communication
- Review prescription orders and provide clear, accurate information on status, coverage, and next steps
- Proactively contact patients to resolve issues that may delay or prevent order fulfillment
- Partner with pharmacies, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure prescriptions are processed successfully
- Guide patients through the platform and help them get the most from available services
- Navigate multiple systems and tools to research issues and identify solutions
- Handle difficult conversations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Comfortable using multiple systems and tools
- Able to work on-site in Guadalajara
