About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to customers via email, phone, and chat
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and guide users through resolution steps
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in CRM and cloud-based platforms
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Update internal and customer-facing knowledge bases
  • Convert client feedback into feature requests for product development
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support while maintaining case ownership
  • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of CSR experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
