About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to customers via email, phone, and chat
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and guide users through resolution steps
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in CRM and cloud-based platforms
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Update internal and customer-facing knowledge bases
- Convert client feedback into feature requests for product development
- Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support while maintaining case ownership
- Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
Requirements
- At least 6 months of CSR experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
