Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage customer repairs and servicing, including tagging faulty products and liaising with service agents and suppliers
• Maintain and update the service database to ensure accurate tracking
• Provide regular status updates to customers regarding their repairs
• Perform administrative duties such as processing invoices, claims, and reconciliations
• Complete required finance paperwork and reporting following company procedures
• Notify customers of stock arrivals and coordinate deliveries as requested
• Maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety standards

Requirements

• Experience working in a customer-focused retail environment
• Proven experience in a high-volume administration role
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage your own workflow
• Ability to multitask with a flexible, "can-do" attitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
