Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and efficiently respond to queries via face-to-face, phone, and email interactions
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
• Expedite back orders and maintain accurate account details
• Ensure smooth communication within the Customer Service team and other business areas
• Deliver efficient, accurate, and timely service to maintain high satisfaction levels

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and administrative capability
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
