About the role
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers over the phone and email to determine needs and schedule deliveries
- Investigate and resolve customer opportunities and concerns
- Process Sales Orders and Bids generated through phone or email transactions
- Provide order entry, expediting, stock inquiries, and technical support
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingualism (English/French)
- Working knowledge of INFOR M3 and QUICKBASE
- Industry knowledge in lighting, plumbing, restroom partitions, tile, water heater, or HVAC
