Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service via telephone, email, web, and in-person interactions
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist with sales, promotions, and service inquiries
• Support outside sales representatives with appointment setting, customer tracking, and quotations
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns regarding operations, missed stops, or service issues
• Manage data entry tasks including tracking customer information, processing payments, and entering new accounts
• Coordinate with on-the-road employees to provide instructions and ensure service completion
• Maintain accurate records, including new account files, service agreements, and scanned contracts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure
