Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Schedule service and manage customer requests for service changes in accordance with company policies
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, sales, and operations staff
• Field incoming calls and emails from customers professionally
• Distribute, collect, and review route sheets to ensure accurate end-of-day data entry
• Communicate effectively with maintenance shop personnel via email, telephone, and two-way devices
• Assist with the month-end billing process

Requirements

• High School diploma or post-secondary education
• Two years of previous administrative or customer service experience
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work extended hours, including occasional weekends
• Experience in the waste, recycling, or environmental services industry is an asset
