About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service to customers in the LED architectural and signage lighting markets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations and manage daily customer orders
  • Create and enter orders into the system and provide support to the Sales team
  • Handle and resolve operational issues regarding order status, deliveries, and returns
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to ensure best-in-class support
  • Participate in daily shipping activities, including preparing accurate shipping documents
  • Conduct regular customer review calls and track follow-up actions in the CRM

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Order Entry software
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the LED signage or LED architectural lighting industry
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Proficiency in German or Italian
