Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to customers across LED architectural and signage lighting markets
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships through regular review calls and follow-up action plans
• Provide accurate and timely quotations and support the Sales team with order reports and delivery status
• Create and enter orders into the system and manage daily order processing
• Resolve operational issues regarding order status, deliveries, invoicing, and returns
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure shipping accuracy and meet deadlines
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure all paperwork is processed timely

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Business or a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Order Entry software
• Strong communication, listening, and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the LED signage or LED architectural lighting industry
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
