About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer requests for GEA equipment, including spare parts and routing to appropriate personnel
  • Handle shared inbox inquiries via email, phone, and portals in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and communicate offers efficiently using CRM and ERP (SAP) systems
  • Process orders, returns, and warranties with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Set up customer accounts and enter information into CRM systems
  • Interface with parts warehouses and factories to ensure order fulfillment and expedite urgent requests
  • Keep customers informed of order status changes and delivery expectations
  • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, accounting, and sales departments to provide resolutions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment
  • Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to accurately read customer requests and enter part numbers into software systems
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with OEM factories and industrial suppliers
  • Background in order processing or inside sales to industrial customers
