Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, empathetic customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently
• Communicate clearly to resolve issues and provide timely updates
• Research and recommend solutions that fit customer needs
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams for service delivery
• Develop deep understanding of company services

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work a Saturday rotation

Preferred Qualifications

• Home services industry experience
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan
