About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes
- Dispatch technicians while balancing priority and efficiency
- Communicate appointment updates and arrival times
- Follow up with customers regarding completed work and service questions
- Assist customers through phone, email, and text
- Create and maintain accurate customer records
- Support technicians with job information and schedule changes
- Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience in a home service or field service environment
- Experience in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or garage doors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dispatching field technicians
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software
