Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes
• Dispatch technicians while balancing priority and efficiency
• Communicate appointment updates and arrival times
• Follow up with customers regarding completed work and service questions
• Assist customers through phone, email, and text
• Create and maintain accurate customer records
• Support technicians with job information and schedule changes
• Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience in a home service or field service environment
• Experience in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or garage doors
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience dispatching field technicians
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software
