Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Monitor, update, and process all exchange agreements and materials by collaborating with multiple departments
• Input and confirm critical data including part numbers, traceability, condition, and delivery details
• Verify compliance and ensure component exchange agreements are provided before transaction completion
• Provide timely communication and feedback regarding any exchange-related issues
• Execute the dropship process and monitor exchange-related billing and core unit due dates
• Expedite the return of exchange units from repair and oversee exchange inventory updates
• Provide day-to-day internal customer support and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Technical school Degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks independently, and generate inventory/revenue forecasts
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in a relevant field
• Experience using Quantum or Salesforce
• Previous experience within the Aviation Industry
