About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor, update, follow up, and process all exchange agreements and materials by working closely with multiple departments
- Input and confirm data such as process, part numbers, traceability, condition, and delivery for each part
- Ensure component exchange agreements are provided and compliance is verified before transactions are completed
- Provide timely communication and feedback on daily transactions
- Monitor and follow up on customer status reports
- Provide day-to-day internal customer support as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Technical School Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks independently
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to work onsite in Miami, FL
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the Aviation Industry
- Experience with Quantum and Salesforce
