Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and competent consultation to customers and passengers at the FlixBus Shop in Berlin Alexanderplatz
• Sell tickets and inform customers about the various Flix offerings
• Ensure smooth operations and passenger coordination during bus departures
• Support passengers with the check-in process
• Distribute informational materials such as flyers and magazines to buses
• Actively contribute to a positive on-site customer experience and help improve operational processes

Requirements

• Availability for a full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, airport operations, or similar fields
• Fluency in German
• Proficiency in English is preferred
• Comfortable using PCs, the internet, and email communication
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented personality
• Ability to remain calm and organized in high-pressure or stressful situations
