About the role
Responsibilities
- Utilize system applications and resources to provide high-quality service for all customer needs
- Maintain service standards during high-pressure situations and high call volumes
- Interpret customer needs to recognize symptoms, causes, and effective solutions
- Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on KPI results
- Coordinate Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, Sales, and Export processes
- Validate prices, incoterms, terms of payment, and agreements via SOX controls
- Manage business and operations knowledge including EDI, CTO, BTO, BTF, and invoicing processes
- Create CMF, MRF, and PQR documentation
Requirements
- 80% English proficiency with clear speaking and writing skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of finance and Lean principles
- High level of resiliency
