About the role

Responsibilities

  • Utilize system applications and resources to provide high-quality service for all customer needs
  • Maintain service standards during high-pressure situations and high call volumes
  • Interpret customer needs to recognize symptoms, causes, and effective solutions
  • Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on KPI results
  • Coordinate Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, Sales, and Export processes
  • Validate prices, incoterms, terms of payment, and agreements via SOX controls
  • Manage business and operations knowledge including EDI, CTO, BTO, BTF, and invoicing processes
  • Create CMF, MRF, and PQR documentation

Requirements

  • 80% English proficiency with clear speaking and writing skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Basic knowledge of finance and Lean principles
  • High level of resiliency
