About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve problems or complaints with care and efficiency to ensure one-call resolution.
- Coordinate various operational processes including Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, Sales, and Export processes.
- Monitor customer demand and the reception of purchase orders, coordinating with material and production control for priority manufacturing.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding shipments, following customer instructions and understanding incoterms.
- Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on KPI results.
- Utilize system applications to provide high-quality service and maintain standards during high-pressure situations.
- Participate in Cross-Functional Team (CFT), Operations, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in a customer service-related position.
- Fluent English with strong speaking and writing skills.
- Professional background in electronics manufacturing.
