Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls on the hotline and resolve inquiries comprehensively
• Act as the primary point of contact for business customers via telephone, email, and various communication channels
• Manage and update customer data to ensure all relevant information is current
• Process and manage customer contracts, including qualification tasks
• Collaborate with internal departments to clarify contract details and service questions

Requirements

• Completed vocational training and experience in telephone customer support
• Proven experience in service or customer contact roles
• Proficient in using PCs and various software applications
• Excellent written and spoken German communication skills
• Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and empathetically

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in KYC (Know Your Customer) or underwriting
• Proficiency in English, Turkish, or Vietnamese
