About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and sell Association products and services
  • Process customer financial transactions following established guidelines
  • Meet sales and referral goals through active cross-selling
  • Balance cash drawer and teller transactions accurately
  • Address customer questions and concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Perform vault duties such as ordering and distributing currency as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in teller or cash handling roles (level dependent)
  • Proficient keyboarding and ten-key/calculator skills
  • Strong mathematical and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet bonding requirements
  • Valid WA driver’s license
  • Willingness to work Saturday schedules as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
