About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle back order inquiries and billing questions
- Manage order cancellations and product inquiries
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds for faulty products or size issues
- Correct shipping errors and offer substitutes for out-of-stock items
- Provide basic technical support and track inquiries
- Manage warranty requests, wholesale inquiries, and sales
- Process payments and follow up on customer concerns
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Quick learner with high attention to detail
- Positive attitude and desire to help customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior knowledge of Retail Operations or similar order processing systems
