Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Native Indonesian Bahasa and English
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and technical troubleshooting requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within CRM systems
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell value-added services to improve client retention and loyalty
• Handle back-office queries and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Meet established performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

• Native fluency in Indonesian Bahasa and English (both spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and soft-selling skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial markets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and various customer support tools
