Requirements

  • Two years of experience working at Workforce Solutions with a supervisor recommendation
  • Knowledge of workplace requirements and job entry processes
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and use good judgment
  • Strong interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy, and persistence
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer attention effectively
