About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure jobs are properly initiated, planned, executed, and monitored.
  • Facilitate job readiness, production scheduling, and delivery follow-up within a technical production context.
  • Coordinate with Sales, TPSE, and Support Departments to manage the order initiation phase and service builds.
  • Monitor job progress and productivity levels to ensure production stays on track.
  • Assist in the production of client invoices and work with Finance to ensure timely reporting and budget management.
  • Identify and plan resource requirements, leading the scheduling of operations related to solution implementation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and job updates.
  • Utilize JIRA Work Management and Service Desk to manage activity requests and service tickets.
  • Track project actual budgets against planned budgets and manage contract variations using change control procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Audiovisual Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in media, broadcasting, or digital archiving environments.
  • Proven experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technical production context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
  • Familiarity with audiovisual production workflows, formats, and delivery standards.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
