About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage business interactions and relationships between customers, operations teams, and key organizational functions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various Fluid and Electrical Distribution (FED) locations to provide a unified "one voice" experience to the customer.
  • Facilitate daily delivery status communications between plant operations and third-party customers.
  • Participate in customer action calls, maintain line of balance/milestone charts, and support customer visits.
  • Develop internal support plans to meet customer delivery and quality performance requirements.
  • Track high-priority parts through the production cycle and escalate concerns to Operations Management.
  • Support high-importance customer engagement teams, program management reviews, and rate readiness reviews.
  • Plan and justify customer visits, negotiate agendas, and handle escalations professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office programs and web maintenance systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to use judgment, logic, and resourcefulness to solve problems.
  • Ability to maintain focus and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple urgent requests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the aerospace or industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Proficiency in market analysis tools and techniques.
